Agreement for Sponsors

Chief and Firefighter Level sponsors, please note that by signing this contract you are pledging that your organization will be present the day of the event AND fully prepared to participate rain or shine.

ALL sponsorship level authorized representatives specifically acknowledge that by signing this contract no refunds will be made as a result of inclement weather at the 12th Annual Taste of Vienna. No refunds will be given for any cancellations after March 1, 2025.

Failure to comply with all deadlines and requirements for participation, or to remit payment by the deadline may disqualify you from participating and result in your exclusion from the 12th Annual Taste of Vienna

Sponsor organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., its members, and the Town of Vienna from any and all liability for damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods for any reason. Your organization is solely responsible for your booth space and booth operation.
